The owner clean the rooms very well smells wonderful and very friendly helping suggest great places to eat. Peaceful and pleasant stay.
Very clean rooms, comfortable pillows and bed. Owners and staff are very nice. Cameras on site so I wasn't worried about my vehicle. Close to restaurants and food. Nice little motel. Would recommend to friends.
This Motel is a good spot if u live in town or are here vacationing. The owners are very polite and helpful. There isn't a visit I'm not given a smile and or a reason to laugh with them. It's very clean and quiet. The rooms are nice and accommodating and Ive never had any issues here. The beds are clean and neat, The TOWELS ARE ALLWAYS CLEAN AMD WHITE "thankyou"and the bathrooms have been redone individually so not one is like the other. AC and heater work great. Only thing is it's by the train tracks so be warned once in a while you'll catch the rumble of a locomotive. Also they are the New Owners of the Old Rose motel, now known as The Ranch. At that location they do daily and weekly rates. Maybe next time I'll try a room there.
MGMT on-site. Great friendly staff. Clean partially updated rooms- new paint, windows, tile, towels/linens too. Willing to go the extra mile, if u need anything, just ask& they had it. Well worth the nightly/weekly charge. Soda Machine with variety, freezing cold, only $1.
Not only are the owners very kind, but they are completely redoing every room. The tile work in the showers is fabulous and the new beds are very comfy.
It is a very good motel to go with the family and the owner is very attentive to the tenants. He gave us permission to have a barbecue and lent us the grill. I remind you.
It's alright for the price compared to other similar hotels like the Sequoia Motel in fresno charges 120. For two beds for one night. Town house in sanger charges 75 a night for two beds. Plus it's bigger room with microwave and mini fridge.
Good service, very quiet, clean, and tidy, with excellent parking. They offered us barbecue service. I loved the place.
I give Town House Motel 5 most definitely. Iv had to spend some months at this motel and have nothing but good to say about our stay. The management is what made us feel so comfortable. Not only are they the nicest people but they were very sensitive to our situation. It's so hard when your used to your own home and to have to covert to motel, it can be so stressful on the family. But our stay here at the town house was peaceful, clean, and real close to home. I recommend this motel to all friends and family. And I totally thank the manager's Jason and Semi for doing a wonderful job. Totally a 5 motel. ~ Gloria & family ~
Rooms are clean, decent, and comfortable. Not as comfortable as home obviously, but it's doable. The AC works well; it is automatic so it goes off when the room has reached the desired temperature.There are no bed bugs (we checked), and the owners are polite. The rooms do have an unpleasant odor though, i suggest bringing a bottle of febreeze or something. Trains...not as bad and as loud as i thought it would be--city ppl are used to loud noises overnight; also, I'm a heavy sleeper. Overall, had a great experience.
